GPU Introduction
The GPU Engineering Group produces graphics hardware as well as software products for mobile and embedded devices. The Mali™ range of Media Processors offers a sophisticated, programmable architecture for hardware acceleration of 2D and 3D graphics and video. Our flagship Mali processors set a new standard for performance, while continuing the Arm tradition of low-power consumption.
We are now hiring in the Raanana GPU group and looking for software engineers who have strong interest in programming and wish to be part of a proud team which creates technology. The role is with Arm’s global GPU organization and involves daily collaboration with colleagues from other GPU teams in Europe.
Our global teams are serious about GPU development, and we love seeing our work become part of successful products and solutions globally.

Responsibilities
- Coach and guide other engineers.
- Work with them to formulate objectives and appraise their performance
- Help them define and navigate their own career paths.
Required Skills & Experience
- Professional experience developing C/C++ software
- Experience with leading software projects and mentoring junior engineers
- Experience with Linux or Android development environment, preferably working on driver or middleware development or graphics application development
Nice to Have
- Computer science or Electronics engineering
- Knowledge of graphics technology and standards such as Vulkan, OpenGL/OpenGL ES/EGL, Direct3D
- Experience of performance/function modelling, profiling and analysis
- Experience with agile development process is a plus
