N-Drip is on a mission to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world. Our disruptive gravity-powered micro-irrigation solution and our decision support system, N-Drip Connect™, enable sustainable farming and an efficient water-energy-food cycle.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a new member to join our Israel team full-time, to help us lead the change in agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Directly leading the development team, overseeing and managing software development processes.
• Managing and prioritizing development tasks, using an agile development approach.
• Participating in product design meetings, representing the software development capabilities of our team.
• Conducting research on new technologies and approaches that can be implemented in our product.
• Coordinating between the product, design, the agronomy team, and the developers to deliver a top-class product to our clients.
• Promptly addressing service flows and urgent development requirements from our customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development management.
• Vast experience with cloud service providers.
• Profound knowledge in both client and server development.
• Bachelor of Science in computer science or equivalent – Mamram/8200.
• Excellent development skills in one of the following: Python, React.js, React Native.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Work autonomously.
• Have strong planning and organizational skills.
• Have excellent English.
