Job Title: Cloud Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining various cloud services, with a primary focus on Office 365, Intune, and Azure resources. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of our cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Office 365 Management:

Administer and maintain Office 365 applications and services.

Configure and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Office 365.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other Office 365 components.

Intune Administration:

Implement and manage Intune for device management and mobile application deployment.

Configure and maintain security policies and compliance settings using Intune.

Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues for end-users.

Azure Resource Management:

Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources and services.

Optimize Azure infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Monitor and ensure the security of Azure environments, implementing best practices for identity and access management.

Cost Management and Optimization

Automation and Scripting:

Develop and implement automation scripts for cloud resource provisioning and management.

Utilize PowerShell, ARM templates, or other scripting languages for efficient cloud operations.

Collaboration and Documentation:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide cloud solutions.

Document processes, procedures, and configurations for reference and knowledge sharing.



Requirements:


2+ years Proven experience working as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in managing Office 365, Intune, and Azure services.

In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.

Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell.

Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


Microsoft certifications related to Azure and Office 365.

Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).

Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures.

 

Work Arrangement:


This position offers a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility of working remotely one day each week.
