Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
- 5 years of proven expertise in algorithms research, with a focus on deep learning or signal processing.
- Track record of publishing high-impact research papers in reputable conferences and journals
- Strong Proficiency in working with Python
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and mentorship abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cutting-edge algorithms research, using signal processing and advanced ML and Statistical methods for anomaly detection, fraud prevention and various other use cases related to risk management
- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models at scale, considering factors such as model performance, latency, and cost, using state of the art frameworks
- Mentor and guide researchers, fostering a collaborative and intellectually stimulating work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into practical applications
- Stay abreast with the latest research advancements
