We are an early stage start-up in the construction-tech area and we are now facing an exciting time where we need to redesign our product out of the knowledge and experience we have gained so far.

We are looking for a highly skilled Machine learning engineer to join our R&D growing team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain the Machine Learning pipeline including data collection, outlier detection, and database architecture.
• Model Training by validating, and optimizing machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques. 
• Evaluate model performance and make improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of practical experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, preferred in building products from scratch.
• Strong Proficiency programming skills in Python is a must. 
• Solid understanding of machine learning libraries - Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn
• Previous experience working with Postgres and SQL.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Self Management and Accountability.
• Strong complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communicator.
