Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor team members to elevate overall code quality.
  • Oversee resource allocation, sprint planning, and agile methodologies to ensure timely project completion.
  • Stay current with emerging software technologies and best practices, and lead the team in incorporating these into development processes.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full stack development using Angular/React js and .NET Core/Java or python
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (C#, .NET Core).
  • Experience in working on large-scale web applications.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of web security best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
