LSports Platform group spearheads the development of our groundbreaking internal developer platform, setting unparalleled standards for innovation, efficiency, and scalability within the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and deployment of robust, scalable backend services and APIs to support front-end functionalities and data processes.
  • Collaborate with front-end engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define and implement business logic and data models.
  • Maintain and optimize existing backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers to elevate code quality across the team.
  • Keep abreast of emerging backend technologies and assess their applicability to current and future projects.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade services.
  • Proficiency in server-side languages such as C#, Python, or Node.js.
  • Proficiency in real-time messaging systems and technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
  • Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience in team management or mentorship, are an advantage.
