Created in 2021, Fairgen is pioneering the creation of generative AI solutions for the polling industry. We are looking for a senior, talented and motivated Fullstack Developer that will lead the Frontend and Backend development of our online SaaS platform and API. You will arrive at an early-stage and shape the company’s tech stack and culture. From designing UI to building secure data pipelines, you will build a product for major brands and consumer insights research institutes. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead the Fullstack team, plan feature roadmaps and recruit star developers to your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fullstack team. Manage employees achievements, career goals & wellbeing. Recruit additional team members. Set weekly goals.
• End-to-end development of Fairgen’s platform & Python package: design, testing, deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to integrate algorithmic features.
• This position is 30% management and 70% hands-on.

Requirements

*Hard skills*

• 5+ years of development experience in React, Javascript and Python.
• Experience with Databases (eg: PostgreSQL, MongoDB), DevOps tools (FastAPI, Docker, S3, K8S, AWS) and testing frameworks.
• Experience in building web applications, APIs or Python packages from scratch.
• Understanding of software development processes: agile methodology, roadmap building, code reviews.
• Passion for writing clean code: SOLID, OOP.
• A taste for UI & UX.
