At Alison.ai, you will join the revolution of understanding what makes a video perform well, by identifying customer pain points and needs, eliminate roadblocks & help in designing our solutions.
YOU WILL
- Lead our AI engineering
- Be a major part of the decisions and the design, and be opinionated on the platform features.
- Monitor and track the changes and the platform quality.
- Be part of a leading company with high standards, and help us push the product to the next level.
- This is an applied ML position. Not data science.
YOU ARE
- 5+ years with AI Engineering/applied ML experience
- Coding skills.
- Experience with AWS/GCP cloud services.
- Production understanding, strong methodology of testing, documentation and monitoring
- Can discover, diagnose and fix issues while improving a codebase's readability and an application's reliability.
- Team player, self-starter, highly organised and proactive.
- Educational Background: Typically a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI Technologies: Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (like TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy).
- Strong Mathematical Skills: A solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, statistics, and algorithms.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of Software Development Practices: Knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems (like Git), and DevOps practices.
