Check Point is looking for a talented R&D Full stack Team Leader to join the Security Management CFG group.

We are looking for a strong, motivated and highly technical manager who strives to provide excellence.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a strong development team of diverse programmers.
• Investigate, analyze and debug production systems and supply solutions in order to meet product expectations.
• Collaborate and manage relations with R&D, QA, technical support and field teams across the company.
• Increase product reliability and quality by adding stability fixes, developing diagnostics and automation features.
• Make recommendations for changes in features and applications, take part of new features design process, all to ensure high standards of quality.
• In this position, you will be required to be familiar with various technologies, both backend (Java, CPP) and frontend, in both on-prem and cloud environments.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• At least a year of technical leadership/managerial experience.
• Experience developing in Java, CPP, Linux environment.
• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
• Flexibility, versatility and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a result driven, multi-tasked and dynamic environment.
