Enterprise Organization in healthcare field

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Development Team Leader to join our organization and lead a team of 5 talented developers. As a leader in our fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing multi-user web systems that integrate with core and third-party systems. Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a scrum team of full-stack developers and testers.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of central systems for both customers and internal use.

- Take on a hands-on approach when necessary to ensure project success.

- Plan sprint tasks, provide work estimates, and ensure the team's adherence to timelines.

- Define architecture and work methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of employees.

- Minimum of 4 years of development experience.

- Proficient in .NET Core and React.

- Experience in an AGILE environment and familiarity with Micro-services and Micro-frontend architecture.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex processes.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience in the medical field is an advantage.

- Familiarity with SQL Server, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Azure, or AWS cloud development is a plus.

- Practical experience in React Native development and familiarity with CI-CD processes is an advantage.

- Knowledge of working with WCF is a plus.
