Harmony Mobile, a pioneer in Mobile Thread Defense (MTD), is seeking a seasoned Team Leader for our DevOps Engineering team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding mobile devices from a spectrum of threats, ranging from phishing attacks to sophisticated nation-state assaults.

As the Team Leader of the DevOps unit, you will spearhead the development and upkeep of a vast SaaS infrastructure, instrumental in securing millions of mobile devices. Your leadership will be central to owning and optimizing the Harmony Mobile cloud-based production environment, ensuring seamless and robust performance.

Our technological framework comprises an array of advanced tools including AWS, K8s, Prometheus, Terraform/Terragrunt, ELK Stack, and Puppet. Your role involves a collaborative approach with software engineering teams, driving the automation and streamlining of operations. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving issues across various environments, from development to production.

Major Responsibilities

• Oversee the Cloud and Monitoring environments.
• Lead the design and development of the SAAS infrastructure and operation engine, along with crafting deployment strategies.
• Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance our CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate security measures into the CI and CD pipelines, utilizing a DevSecOps 'shift left' approac

Desired Background

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with proven leadership skills.
• Solid foundation in Linux/Unix Administration.
• Proficiency with Terraform/Terragrunt or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) systems.
• Expertise in EKS/Kubernetes/Helm.
• Familiarity with standard monitoring tools (Graphite, Grafana, Prometheus, Sensu, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tooling (Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory).
• Basic knowledge of SQL Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Fluency in code and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Groovy).
• In-depth experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with AWS and SOC2 security standards is advantageous.
