As a member of the R&D Team, the Salesforce Developer's role is to work with business partners to realize the full capability of the CRM. You'll be responsible for the design and development of customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations. The Salesforce Developer will be in charge of design, development, testing, and change management. Drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization including building applications on the Force.com platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce.

Technical Skills needed

· 3+ year’s experience with Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs – Must

· Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. – Must

· Familiarity with Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA) and Web Services – Must

· Develop custom applications on Salesforce platform using modern web technologies stack - Must

· Prior experience with data migration and ETL/integration tools – Plus

· Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber. - Plus

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously

· Strong commitment to customer service, employee efficiency, and company growth

· Delivering projects, developing great code, using the most appropriate tools and techniques by applying best practices and experience to build modern web applications

· Work with other developers to ensure that the website is functional and visually appealing

· Use analytics to test user enjoyment and system adoption

· Working with business analysts, product owners and colleague agile developers to review and set story and feature acceptance criteria

· Implementing business functionality in a testable form

· Continuously improving code base and removing technical debt

Personal Skills

· Minimum 3 year of application design and development experience

· Familiarity with OOP programming and languages (in particular Java or C#)

· Desire to take responsibility to deliver best quality software in a timely manner

· Database and data-modeling knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, Schema Design)

· Understanding of key design principles

· Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills, with a creative and flexible attitude

· Excellent oral and written communication skills are a MUST
