As a Software Engineer in Augmedics, you will be responsible for researching/developing/integrating state-of-the-art computer vision methods for registration, calibration, tracking, segmentation, as well as for general application programming including user interface.

Main tasks, duties, responsibilities, and authorities:

• Develop software for medical devices (embedded and PC) performing registration, tracking, etc.
• Design major complex features in multi-threaded, multi OS (Windows\Android\Linux) system.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary environment that includes optics, mechanics and electronics.
• Work with algorithms in different fields (Computer Vision, Geometry, Graphics, Deep Learning, etc.)
• Be part of the Product / Features design.
• Maintain high standards of software quality by using good engineering practices and habits and that the software is documented as required.
• Bugs and user complaints investigations.
• Contribute to the company IP (patents).

Requirements:

• Bs/Ms. in a relevant discipline from a recognized university – computer science and graduate level preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Working experience in medical device development and multidisciplinary company.
• Modern C++.
• High capabilities in Design and Architecture concepts
• Qt - advantage.
• 2D/3D Computer Vision and/or Image Processing – advantage.
• Jira, and Jenkins – advantage.
• Team player, Multi tasking, Self learning, Creative thinking.
