In a world where remote work is the new norm, organizations’ perimeters are much more loosely defined and cloud-native apps replace data centers rapidly, a new approach is needed to provide connectivity, compliance and security for all.

As a Sr. Manager for the Prisma access agent windows team, you will lead an excellent, diverse and growing team, building the next generation of our remote access technologies. The team is responsible for defining., architecting and delivering the windows agent. Many of the components are built in a cross-platform mindset, to be leveraged by other platforms as well.

This is a unique opportunity to join in a critical point in time for this project, help shape the future of this product. This is a new role we are opening as the team expands.

As part of your role,you will work closely with the other agent teams, as well as the server (cloud) team to make sure we deliver an integrated and flawless product.

  • Hands on programmer and people leader able to rapidly deliver a product in high quality
  • As a senior manager you will mentor and support the team members pushing people upwards and further
  • You will invent, design, implement, test and deliver exceptional and extremely useful end-to-end functionalities to our customers

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience developing C/C++ systems
  • Experience building agents is a significant advantage, as well as on other platforms - It is expected that you will write code, perform code reviews, design reviews, and test plan reviews
  • At least 3 years leading people
  • Passion for software engineering and coding - Energetic and eager to create and outperform
  • Oriented for customer satisfaction and engineering excellence
  • Attention to detail and high coding standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, work under pressure, and maintain focus and a sense of humor
  • Ability to cooperate with other teams in Israel and abroad - Some of the work is with peers on the West Coast
