What We Are Looking For:

We are on the hunt for an exceptional Tech Lead Full Stack Developer to guide our technical vision and drive the development process. We seek an individual who not only excels technically both in the front and back end but can also build and lead a team with clarity and confidence.

• Lead the full stack and devops development team with a strategic vision, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Architect robust solutions to complex technical problems, integrating the latest technologies in frontend and backend development.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by writing code and conducting code reviews, and improving standards.

Requirements:

·     Professional English & Hebrew levels.

·     5+ years of experience as full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.

·     Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.

·     Extensive experience with Express.js and Mongoose ODM for backend development.

·     Proficient in state management libraries like Redux and MobX.

·     Familiarity with frontend development tools.

·     Working knowledge with Microservices architecture.

·     Proficiency in CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS and CSS-in-JS libraries like Styled Components.

·     Mastery of Git or other version control systems.

Additional Qualifications (Advantageous):

·     Experience as a Team Lead.

·     Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka for event-driven architectures.

·     Experience with AWS.

·     Familiarity with TypeScript and its integration with React and Node.js .

·     Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js or Gatsby.

·     Exposure to caching mechanisms like Redis or Memcached.

·     Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker.

·     Knowledge of additional databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Elasticsearch.

·     Exposure to frontend testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
