We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our R&D group, and be responsible for planning, coordinating and leading activities across the full delivery lifecycle, to ensure successful results. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about driving innovation and fostering collaboration within our cross-functional team, someone who can inspire our teammates to seamlessly blend their expertise in frontend and backend development to create an accessible and user-friendly applicative layer. Your ability to simplify complex processes into a sleek and intuitive user interface, while also architecting intricate backend logic, is essential for enabling our customers to harness the full potential of our product right from the start

As a Full Stack Team Leader at JFrog you will...

• Lead a product team of developers, working on large-scale, complex and cutting-edge systems
• Simultaneously manage the delivery of multiple, complex, development projects from design through to release
• Ensure risks and issues are identified and managed tightly. Drive all stakeholders to meet deadlines while maintaining the required quality standards
• Make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
  
  

To be a Full Stack Team Leader at JFrog you need…

• Min. 5 years of experience in managing highly skilled developers, requires strong leadership skills that include, coaching, providing guidance and inspiring the team
• Proven knowledge in the software industry with deep knowledge in Single-page applications (Vue.js experience is an advantage), node.js/express as a backend framework
• Customer Focus - Dedication to understanding customer needs and a commitment to improving their experience with the product
• Experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong track record in leading and managing the delivery of software development projects, meeting key milestones, and overcoming challenges
• Ability to manage, track and identify risks, bottlenecks and challenges ahead of time, and oversee technical coordination while promoting collaboration to resolve them
• Strong Problem Solving - the capacity to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team driven, context-switching environment
• Backend experience with JAVA & Golang - an advantage
• Experience with K8s and observability tools - an advantage
