Our winning team is looking for a talented, versatile, and highly independent Senior DevOps Lead.

Navina engineers handle the entire technology stack, including front-ends, back-ends, infrastructure, and cloud services. We are looking for the first professional DevOps engineer to establish professional development processes and build the fundamentals for the DevOps domain in the R&D department.

Responsibilities

• Takes a major role in the design, building, and operational management of a highly secure and scalable platform.
• Define the best practices in deploying, maintaining and managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Provide and manage monitor systems to be used by the different engineering teams
• Oversee cloud cost optimization
• Work with engineering teams in improving health and performance issues of the system
• Collaborate with various teams at Navina, such as InfoSec, Product, Support and work to ensure that DevOps practices adhere to security standards and compliance requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• 5+ years of experience with AWS Cloud
• 5+ years of experience running Kubernetes in production
• 3+ years of experience with Terraform / CKD / Cloudformation
• Experience with programming languages such as Bash/Python/JavaScript
• Experience in CI/CD processes
• Experience with monitoring stacks and systems
• Strong communication skills in a highly collaborative environment
