Our fascinating LiDAR system contains the most challenging cutting-edge technology of multidiscipline domains such electro-optic, mechanics, signal processing, algorithms, HW, VLSI, FW & SW.

Your journey will start by joining to our LiDAR System Integration team at Haifa and you will get OJT on our flagship LiDAR system.

We are looking for a "hands-on" Continuous Integration Engineer, to design, support and create automated code testing environment to enable us supporting both the ongoing intensive development process while maintaining live production.

What will your job look like:

• You will join our LiDAR R&D group in the System Integration team
• Be responsible on maintaining and developing/improving CI solutions using Python, Shell scripting, Jenkins and Artifactory
• Write test scripts for sanity testing, integration testing, code quality analysis to CI pipelines
• Work closely with development and product teams to debug, troubleshoot SW/FW failures and recommend corrective actions
• Take part in the development our activities
  
  

All you need is:

• A 3rd year student toward BSc degree in computer science/engineering
• Availability of at least 3 days a week
• Ability to write & debug scripts and tests in Python and understand existing Python code
• Experience with Linux environment and shell tools
• Knowledge in DB (i.e. SQL) management tools
• Excellent communication skills (Hebrew and English)
• Experience with source control (Git/GitLab) and CI workflows based on Jenkins - an advantage
• Relevant work experience in software development and/or test automation - an advantage
