ironSource Aura (merged with Unity), a revolutionary large-scale mobile platform, is looking for an outstanding and passionate automation team lead to lead the automation team and processes. Our team uses the latest and greatest technologies to build scalable products that reach and influence millions of users worldwide.

Role:

• Lead a team of automation engineers, of different levels of knowledge and expertise in the Test Automation domain; Be responsible for their career development and professional growth
• Design and implement automation test framework from scratch (Backend & Mobile)
• Develop and maintain complex automated tests
• Proactively identify and fix the issues in tooling and processes
• Work closely with external interfaces, as software engineers, QA, and Infrastructure team
• Oversee the systems and products and help the teams to meet their automation goals by mentoring and advising
• Work with management level to reflect automation tests’ status across teams and act to increase quality KPIs

Requirements:

• B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent
• 6+ years of working experience with .NET/Java/Kotlin
• 6+ years of experience in automation development, experience with Appium/Selenium framework
• 3+ years experience as Team leader / Technical Leader
• Multitask person who handles various priorities at the same time
• Deep understanding of QA testing methodologies and practices
• Excellent technical skills including design, coding, and problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal skills high motivation, and curiosity for learning
