In this role, you would build the infrastructure for the next-generation security platform. You will be responsible for working on our real-time high-availability backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Playing a pivotal role in architectural and design decisions, building towards an efficient distributed architecture with everything as a code approach.
• Improve the performance of various subsystems in high-scale deployments.
• Ensure all infrastructure and application alerts are “actionable” alerts and self-healing automation.
• Document every action, turn it into repeatable steps, and then into automation.
• Focus on the system’s observability, availability, reliability, performance/latency, and monitoring including backup planes and disaster recovery for various scenarios.
• Respond to periodic on-call duties and emergencies.

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience in DevOps
• Linux experience – Must
• Deep understanding & experience in AWS - Must (additional experience with Google Cloud / Azure an advantage):
• Ability to see the bigger picture and carry out system architecture design and implementation.
• Networking and Security – Connectivity, Load-balancer, DNS, firewall rules etc.
• Real-time system development for ingesting a large amount of data.
• Lambda functions / equivalent Serverless framework - Must
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm - Must
• Experience in Alerting & Monitoring systems such as DataDog / Splunk / Prometheus etc - Must
• Experience with CI/CD and IaC such as GitHub Actions/ Jenkins/ Ansible - Must, Terraform, or equivalent
• Experience with the following systems: RabbitMQ / Kafka, ELK.
• Experience working with NodeJS / NestJS Framework
• Highly motivated and self-learner.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Team player - ability to work with other stakeholders such as R&D, Product, Support & CISO
