Role: Digital Development Team Leader

You can Expect:

• Responsible for managing and overseeing the development of the company's digital applications and systems.
• Management of development tasks, prioritization, and ensuring product quality, Timelines, and resource management.
• Providing high-level service according to goals, maintenance, and management of the production environment, including user support.
• Leading a team of developers, testers, and system analysts: responsible for professional development, recruiting and training new employees, performance evaluation, and conducting design reviews and code reviews.
• Working with internal users to define needs and requirements while gaining a deep understanding of business processes within the organization. Translating these needs into digital tools.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in developing digital applications using React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
• Proven Experience in managing a development team and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Previous experience in writing technical specification documents.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members and create a positive work environment.
• Proficient in implementing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile development teams.
