We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader with expertise in iOS development to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading our iOS development efforts and guiding a team of talented developers. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of iOS developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality iOS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Drive the architectural design and technical decision-making processes for iOS projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Hands-on iOS development using SwiftUI and UIKit, actively contributing to the codebase and conducting code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for skills development and training within the iOS team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
• Act as a point of contact for clients or stakeholders, addressing technical queries, providing project updates, and managing expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in iOS development, with a strong command of Swift.
• Previous experience in a leadership role, such as a Tech Lead or Team Leader, overseeing iOS development projects and leading a team of developers.
• Expertise in SwiftUI and UIKit frameworks, with a deep understanding of iOS development patterns, best practices, and performance optimizations.
• Strong knowledge of iOS ecosystem, frameworks, and third-party libraries.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in French is a plus.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in iOS development.
• French is an advantage.
