As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a software engineer to join our family.

This is a rare opportunity to join a startup on the ground floor. You will join a small but powerful R&D team that is ambitious and dynamic. We take pride in creating a hugely impactful product that is being built at the highest level of craft and execution and is already delighting multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• As a engineer, you will take a central role in building Lightlytics’s platform. You will have a real impact on our product and company.
• Push the solutions to large-scale production systems. Understand the architectural constraints of such systems and work with a cross-organizational engineering and product team to quickly transition from prototype to a scalable robust implementation.
• Design, build and deliver inventive, data driven products to foster business growth.
• Write high-quality code, covered by solid unit and integration tests. 
• Make informed technological and architectural decisions while introducing new technologies and practices.
• Review the design and code for other team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years in software development, primarily in a SaaS environment that uses Agile methodologies
• Strong background in cloud architecture, implementation, and delivery of large-scale systems in real-world situations.
• Excellent understanding of modern distributed cloud application architecture and design.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the main cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Knowledge of Python 
• Understanding of infrastructure beyond coding (compute, security, networking) - advantage
• Experience in cyber-security - advantage
• Excellent English, written, and verbal communication
