Job description:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions, using the latest technologies and frameworks
• Develop architectural POCs, research technological innovations and evaluate new technologies
• Define and enforce software development best practices, including coding standards, design reviews, and testing methodologies
• Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
• Mentor and coach developers to help them develop their skills and expertise
• Work with Product Management to understand business requirements and market trends
• Nurture strong cross-team relationships and collaborations
• Help to steer the architectural and Engineering priorities of the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ Hands-on experience with modern software development technologies and frameworks, including NodeJS, Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
• Experience with relational and big data technologies
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring and security
• Technological leadership experience: as an architect, tech lead or team leader
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player
• Independent and problem solver
• Background with cyber or fraud detection technology - advantage
• Experience with event-driven architecture - advantage
• Experience with ClickHouse - advantage
