You will lead a highly talented team of AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists to develop cutting-edge solutions that will have immediate and meaningful impact on the security posture of world leading organizations. As the Senior Director of AI Research & Engineering, you will be responsible for-

• Strategic Leadership - Developing and executing a strategic roadmap for the AI Platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and vision
• Team Leadership - Attracting, leading, mentoring, and developing a team of AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning
• Research and Development - Driving AI-driven research projects, exploring novel techniques, algorithms, and technologies to enhance our cybersecurity solutions
• Product Integration - Collaborating closely with product, design and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our cybersecurity products, ensuring they meet the highest quality
• Partnership and Collaboration - Building strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry leaders, and cybersecurity experts to stay at the forefront of AI advancements in cybersecurity
• Resource Management - Managing the organization's budget, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Technical Expertise - Serving as an expert for the AI platform, infrastructure and capabilities that can help drive accelerated impact across the company using AI
• Regulatory Compliance - Ensuring that AI solutions adhere to all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have 10+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with a focus on AI and ML applications
• Possess 7+ years of experience in leadership roles, managing and scaling engineering and research teams
• Have a proven track record of building and deploying ML and AI applications at scale
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of machine learning frameworks, MLops, and technologies, with expertise in at least one major platform
• Show commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML technology
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate ability to manage conflicting priorities and to influence the broader organization
• Ideally (but not required to) have experience with leading ML solutions in the cyber security domain
