We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full-Stack Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity offering a full-stack position that combines both data engineering and data analysis.
This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and availability of our data, as well as in providing insights derived from our data to support decision-making across the organization. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Product, R&D, Sales and Customer Success, to address the unique data needs of our company. I tThe successful candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive actionable insights from complex datasets. You will report directly to the CTO and will interact with many key stakeholders of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and enhance data pipelines to ensure data availability and quality
- Analyze and interpret complex data related to marketing, product performance, and user behavior
- Engage with stakeholders from various teams to collect requirements, gain data understanding, explain insights
- Analyze and bridge "data gaps" within the organization and define the "source of truth" for critical metrics. Identify and rectify discrepancies in key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs, evaluate performance against the established plan and benchmarks, identify areas of improvement
- Maintain dashboards to track the entire user funnel, including setting up alerts for anomalies and opportunities
- Implement systems for proactive data monitoring and anomaly detection, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Lead the integration with third-party platforms, optimizing data inputs for email marketing tools and advertising platforms, which may require developing algorithms to utilize data from diverse sources and establish triggers for third-party platforms. (High LTV users, almost-churned users, potential conversions, etc)
- Contribute to the development of the Arena Analytics pipeline and data warehouse for a customer-facing analytics module using tools such as Fivetran, Snowflake, and ThoughtSpot
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analytics Specialist / Data Engineer / Full-Stack Data Analyst or in a similar position
- Previous experience in a data role, preferably within the SaaS industry, with expertise in building complex data pipelines
- Excellent English - written and verbal (all interviews, communications and meetings are only in English)
- Experience in ad hoc analyses and Snowflake SQL for in-depth data exploration
- Experience in ETL management, particularly with tools like Xplenty and Fivetran
- Familiarity with dbt for managing and modeling data
- Competence with Snowflake reader account and secure view management
- Ability to integrate and work with Google Analytics/Ads and Facebook for data insights
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex data sets
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying trends and anomalies
- Business acumen, strategic thinking, and a data-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders from various teams, gather requirements, and explain insights
