Wiliot is looking for a talented Professional Services Engineer.
We are looking for excellent engineers (HW, software, data) that are aiming to get closer to customer facing roles.
The PS team is the connecting link between Wiliot’s products and our customers.
In partnership with customer success managers, we are interacting with customers at every step of the journey – from understanding the problem, planning a solution architecture, deploying it at scale, and molding the generated data to create customer value
.

This is a unique opportunity to work with world-class customers, stay technical, and enable scale – so think big. In this position, you will be defining the optimal solution architecture for a number of Wiliot's accounts and supporting its successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional services to enterprise customers for a Multidisciplinary product.
- Leading technical discussions with enterprise customers.
- Lead and support the solution deployment in the field that includes a wireless hardware products that combine data science and analysis capabilities.
- Analyze event-driven activities that are generated by our platform to provide business logic based on customers' requirements.
- Act as a facilitator of company solutions for the customers
- Define optimal architectures from the physical layers of a Wireless communication system and digital deliverables.
- Build and deliver technical solution presentations to customers.
- Develop, and maintain a specialized knowledge base, training, and customer education.
Requirements:
- Bachelor engineering degree in CS\CE\EE
- Hands-on experience Basic software experience in Python, SQL, Bash, or similar languages.
- Fluency in English, excellent written and verbal
- Effective verbal, communication, and presentation skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B enterprise customer-facing technical role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing Multidisciplinary system-level solutions
- Ability to travel according to the company's needs. Frequent travel to the EU and US is an integral part of the job.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment that includes working with changing needs and requirements.
- Advantage - In-depth experience with wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, WiFi, or Cellular
- Advantage - Experience with troubleshooting complex systems with data analysis.
