Unity is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Frontend Guild core team.

The Guild is responsible for the continuous growth of all web platforms while focusing on professional standards, best practices and scalability.

Develop infrastructure tools and improve performance on each aspect of the web.

Embrace new technologies and conduct shared knowledge meetings.

Role:

• Be responsible for design and implementation of infrastructure tools
• Consulting on architecture, performance and best practices
• Work to improve developer experience (DX)
• Define CI/CD processes in the entire division
• Lead the way and ensure healthy growth of all web platforms
• Conduct research on new technologies and development concepts
• Participate in shared knowledge meetings

Requirements:

• Passion for Front End Development
• 4+ years of experience in design and implementation of highly scalable & distributed web applications
• Deep understanding of javascript and process of the web
• 3+ years of experience in development of web technologies (such as: Vue, Angular, React, JS, HTML and CSS)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with ability to guide and mentor others on professional matters
• Creative thinker with an aptitude for learning new technologies
• High standards for code quality, testing and performance

Advantages:

• B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience and deep understanding of the Vue 3 / Angular framework
• Experience with Github actions / Jenkins
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and bash commands
• Experience with cloud computing vendors such as AWS
