What will you do as a DevOps Team lead?

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of experienced DevOps Engineers responsible for all DevOps aspects in the company: ALM system, Source Control, CI/CD, Observability, Cloud native infrastructure, and Microservices.
• Improve existing product processes by implementing automated solutions.
• Lead the computational design and selection for new products. Serve as an expert in defining & selecting the computational platforms based on required architecture requirements.
• Analyze, design, and implement DevOps solutions for new and existing SW products.
• Lead and support SW IT enhancement activities – work closely with developers, software vendors, and key users to address their needs and optimize the pipelines and overall developer experience.
• Support New products implementations at customers' sites.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as an SW DevOps Team Lead.
• At least 5 years of experience as a hands-on DevOps engineer on ALM systems, such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, GIT, Gitlab, GitHub, and Artifactory.
• Experience in building CI\CD pipelines (Jenkins or Azure DevOps)
• Good experience with Microsoft infrastructures, Storage, Virtualization, Servers, Networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in evaluating new development tools and conducting POCs
• Experience with Linux OS infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Experience with containers and microservices; Kubernetes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and self-learning skills.
• Experience with Microsoft HPC infrastructure – an advantage
• PowerShell, Bash scripting skills – an advantage
• Experience with Big data systems, HDFS, and Cloudera – an advantage.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (TFS) – an advantage.
