We are seeking an experienced SAP HR ABAP Developer to join our SAP-PAYROLL team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR development and a solid understanding of SAP infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for various development tasks, primarily focusing on localizing HR functionalities for the organization. This includes new development, issue resolution, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and localize HR processes across the organization (new developments, issue resolution, etc.).
• Enhance and integrate HR modules with other SAP modules.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the SAP infrastructure.
• Establish development methodologies and take full responsibility for localizing HR processes.
• Oversee the monthly version management and deployment to clients.
• Manage system upgrades within the organization and provide development support for client upgrades.
• This position does not involve team management.
• Work as part of a small and close-knit team, with a significant impact on the organization's product development.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experienced in ABAP development (mandatory).
• Experience working with WCF (preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP system integration (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SAP infrastructure (mandatory).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently (mandatory).
• The role allows for hybrid or remote work.
• Availability to Full-time or Part-time (80%)
