About the Role:

As our DevOps team grows, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Tech Lead .

It's a challenging role with plenty of growth potential and a chance to contribute to shaping our emerging cloud solution.

What you’ll do:

• Explore our SaaS platform and its underlying architecture in depth.
• Continually evaluate our infrastructure security and SLAs in order to meet the needs of our customers.
• Improve and drive service reliability by working closely with R&D teams and product managers.
• Drive for better efficiency and agility throughout our entire organization by continuously modernizing our DevOps practices.
• Become an integral part of our roadmap planning process from project inception and design to deployment, operations, and maintenance.
• Enhance our applications infrastructure with best-of-breed applications and tooling throughout our entire technology stack.
• Assist other team members with both planning and coding our IaC.
  
  

What you’ll need:

• 5 Years of Experience building and maintaining highly scalable and available systems in the cloud, preferably on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• 3 Years of Experience of working with Docker containers and orchestrating a production grade workload over Kubernetes.
• Experience with managing NoSQL document databases such as MongoDB or equivalent.
• Terraform hands on experience or equivalent IaC tools.
• Strong understanding and working experience using Linux.
• Experience in scripting language development (Bash, Python, Go).
• Deep Understanding of TCP/IP networking and network architectures.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, grafana, ELK stack and other monitoring technologies.
• Experience with implementing full CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins / ArgoCD while following GitOps methodology.
• System wide architectural thinking.
• Have passion and affinity for troubleshooting, aspire for a near zero errors environment.
