If you are a hands-on team lead, with expertise in coding and the ability to manage a full stack team, seize this opportunity to lead the tech team of a startup transitioning into a scaling up phase.

In this role, you will lead a compact team of high performers, write code yourself, manage the entire development process, make key architecture and design decisions, collaborate closely with the product team, and build the tech roadmap.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Lead the team to release high-quality features in short timelines
• Engage in hands-on coding
• Participate in the product committee, brainstorm and prioritize features
• Prototype new ideas
• Work closely with distributors and clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years׳ experience writing code
• Proven experience in writing code using Python or NodeJs
• Proven management skills
• Team player mentality
• Understanding of the startup mindset
• Dynamic and agile thinker
• Experience with MySQL & MongoDB
