What you’ll be doing

XM Cyber is looking for a technical and talented senior manager to lead a new R&D group responsible for developing our innovative cloud detection solution that will integrate into XM Cyber's product suite.

You will report directly to our SVP R&D and influence the company’s strategy and work plan.

• You will work closely with our Research, Product, Backend and Frontend teams to execute a challenging roadmap while adding initiatives to ensure our ever-growing value to customers

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:

Lead a new group of 12+ developers.

Lead the hiring and mentoring of the new developers and leaders.

Manage end-to-end development of advanced features that involve a wide range of technologies, including:

Java, Node.js, Kafka, Docker, Graph DB, Big Data solutions, etc.

Significant experience as Team Leader and higher management positions.

10+ years of experience in software development with proven ability to take full responsibility and lead advanced software projects that require team collaboration.

Highly motivated leader with a can-do approach and strong interpersonal skills that thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience in delivering fully tested production-level code using CI/CD pipeline and maintaining large-scale production systems.

Capable of facing a wide range of cutting edge technologies and challenging development tasks, designing new features from scratch and diving into existing infrastructure.
