As Professional Services Engineer you will be responsible for addressing and solving our customers complex technical issues and needs.
This is a relocation position to our New Jersey office (USA).
The position requires 10-12 months training in Israel and afterwards relocating to our New Jersey office.
Responsibilities
- Address and solve complex customers’ support technical issues.
- Serve as a third-tier technical point of contact to LabOS support teams.
- Become a product expert and trusted advisor to customer support teams.
- Apply software patches, driver updates and any other requests to the customer.
- Build strong technical relationships with system administrators, network operations team, R&D and product teams across the company.
Job requirements
- Permit to work in the USA – must.
- 1+ years’ experience in C++ / HTML coding.
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field or any other relevant professional course.
- Ability to work with various teams across the company.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
- Energetic, highly motivated, positive attitude with ability to learn independently.
- Clinical knowledge and/or clinical laboratory familiarity – an advantage.
