Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a complex, highly available, and distributed cloud-based solution, ensuring its high level of quality throughout its lifecycle.
• Collaborate in the design of robust, scalable, and testable software solutions within a fast-paced environment.
• Engage actively in all stages of development, including research, design, development, and testing.
• Work closely with your team, Product Managers, designers, architects, DevOps, and other tech leads to deliver exceptional results.
• Foster the growth and development of your team members, providing guidance and support.
• Take responsibility for the timely and successful delivery of the team's projects.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in production, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, with strong leadership and technical skills
• 5+ years in server-side development
• Expertise in Java or Kotlin
• Strong Spring / Spring Boot skills
• Proficiency with Maven/Gradle
• Handle relational/NoSQL databases
• Navigate AWS/cloud platforms
• Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, event-driven architecture
• CI/CD familiarity
• Microservices understanding and implementation
