Where Do You Come In?

We're looking for an experienced and versatile R&D Team Leader who has a blend of technical development skills, and team building and leading experience in order to successfully xecute R&D programs.

Responsibilities

●      Lead a multidisciplinary group of 4-6 team members(Backend Developers, Mobile developers, and a QA engineer) in an Agile environment.

●      Manage and guide your team members while designing, coding, and delivering features to production

●      Be the tech owner of your team’s products.

●      ~50% of hands-on development.

●      Take end-to-end professional responsibility over your team including leading your developers to personal and professional growth.

●      Work closely with different groups within the company and management to achieve business goals.

Required Experience & Qualifications

●      At Least 4-5 years of professional experience in software development - full stack or backend - advantage.

●      At least 2-3 years leading development teams.

●      Experience working in a cloud-based environment - AWS is preferred.

●      Responsible, with a true desire to make an impact.

●      Hands on and mission-driven attitude.

●      Passionate about software engineering and constantly expanding your knowledge.

●      Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation abilities.

●      Driven by tough challenges and producing reliable and scalable solutions.

●      Fluent English - Must.
