Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer or in a similar role (a must).
• Strong proficiency in Java Spring (a must) and a solid grasp of Python (a strong advantage).
• Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ and Kafka (a strong advantage).
• The ability to select features, build, and optimize classifiers using various machine learning techniques and libraries (e.g., Pandas, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch - a strong advantage).
• A background in databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and AWS Athena.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud/SaaS platforms and services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, Amazon DocumentDB, SQS, Athena).
• Experience with distributed architecture and programming, including microservices and orchestration tools, primarily Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
• The capacity to understand business objectives and design data mining solutions that align with them.
• Proficiency in Restful API principles and usage.
• Expertise in data preparation, including data cleansing, transformation, and merging from multiple sources for analysis.
• The ability to conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results clearly.
• Skill in communicating findings to stakeholders and collaborating with them to integrate results into decision-making processes.
