Position

Title: DevOps Team Leader

Location: Israel (Hybrid)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about building infrastructure and DevOps to empower the company to scale effectively.

As a DevOps Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operations and infrastructure of a large scale SaaS solution and for the tools that make our R&D productive and efficient. You will lead a successful DevOps team that shapes the CI\CD process and provides technical guidance to the teams. As part of the team you will work with cutting edge technologies such as: IaC tools and processes, Azure, AWS, K8S, Jenkins, Helm, Docker, ArgoCD and more and will have real influence on how things are done, including expanding and building infrastructure and processes from scratch.

What You Will Do

Some of the responsibilities you'll have include:

• Leading, teaching and growing a team of DevOps Engineers
• Building out the team's roadmap and delivery model
• Collaborating with Engineering leadership to define infrastructure needs, tools, servicing and training
• Research and integrate new technologies into the stack from POC to production
• Design and implement end-to-end DevOps delivery solutions
  
  

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• 2 years+ experience as a first line manager
• Experience leading, hiring, mentoring and developing a team
• Good programming skills in Java / C# / Groovy / OO languages
• hands on experience with CI/CD process and DevOps tools like Docker and Jenkins
• Strong coding skills (Python, Bash)
• Deep knowledge of containerized denvironments and microservices (Kubernetes)
• Solid experience of AWS tools
