As we continue to grow, we're in search of a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team as a team lead. This position offers substantial professional growth opportunities in our ever-expanding organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the R&D team to guide the design, development, and implementation of new features and improvements to our platform.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of our product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Ensure our platform stays at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements.
• Take ownership of all R&D initiatives, demonstrating responsibility and accountability for results.
• Assist in talent acquisition, team building, and skill development to create a high-performing R&D team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Javascript in productions environments.
• 5+ years of experience working with Python
• 5+ years of experience working as a full-stack developer
• Advanced hands on experience with Next.js 
• Advanced hands on experience with Django
• Advanced hands on knowledge of TypeScript
• Self-starter with great communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and independently
• Proven track record of delivering well-tested, high-quality, maintainable projects.
• Great cross-team communication skills
• Self-managed, proactive work 
• AWS experience working with dockers is a plus
