What Will You Do

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Backend Development at VPG, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining the core backend infrastructure that powers our products and services. You will also leverage your firmware knowledge to integrate our AI solution into embedded systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our software components into our products. This role requires a deep understanding of backend technologies, firmware development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating high-quality, scalable, and reliable software.

Qualifications

What are we looking for:

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures
• Strong C/C++ and OOP capabilities in cross-platform environment
• Working experience in Linux and Windows environment
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
• Motivated and independent with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in computer vision or image processing would be an added advantage
• Experience in software security engineering

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.

In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
