POSITION OVERVIEW

Pery is in search of an experienced Senior NLP Engineer who can take our solutions to new heights. Your role revolves around innovating and optimizing our NLP capabilities. Embedded within a multidisciplinary team, you'll be bridging the gap between cutting-edge NLP research and tangible product offerings, ensuring our services continue to lead and redefine industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Spearhead the design, development, and refinement of advanced NLP algorithms and applications.

- Work hand in hand with the product team, delving deep into model architectures to unearth improvement potentials.

- Conduct rigorous analyses and experiments to gauge the efficacy and impact of various NLP techniques.

- Remain attuned to the latest breakthroughs in NLP methodologies, integrating them into our workflows as applicable.

- Collaborate with other engineers to transition advanced NLP techniques from prototypes to live products.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Robust understanding of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning fundamentals.

- Fluency in Python and adeptness with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Expertise in prompt engineering techniques.

- Proficiency with vector databases, embedding mechanisms, and NLP applications.

- Experience with OpenAI's platforms and models.

- A history of fine-tuning large language models for bespoke applications will stand you in good stead.

- An analytical mind complemented by stellar problem-solving prowess. - Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities.

- Demonstrable experience in delivering impactful results in high-velocity, evolving settings. - An unwavering commitment to excellence and user-centricity.

PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY

- Familiarity with LangChain and Auto-GPT is a distinct advantage.
