Job Description:

Professional and managerial leadership of the company's software development team.

The Development Team Lead is responsible for developing and managing the control systems that control the Zoozter – an innovative power booster. This hands-on development role involves leading a development team of 4 developers and serving as their technical mentor. Working in close collaboration with the Product Management, system, electrical and mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Be highly involved in the architecture of our systems, and have strong architectural skills, that come from hands-on development background.

Contribute to continuous improvement of the product development process as part of the R&D staff.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience as a software engineer working with an OOP language (C#/C++/Java) - mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience as a software team leader - mandatory
• High analytical abilities. Ability to deal with complex system problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Team player

Bonus Points for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
• Experience as a software engineer in multidisciplinary systems and/or control systems – a big advantage
• Experience with C# .NET
• Experience with Python
• Experience with PLC and EtherCAT
• Experience with MODBUS
• Experience with AWS
