Zesty is growing up and we are looking for an experienced Front End Tech Lead with a solid JavaScript background to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Front End engineer with a deep understanding of framework (React, Angular) and a passion for leading and mentoring other developers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front end development and make recommendations on how to improve development processes
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure products meet high standards of quality and user experience.
• Contribute to technological and architectural decisions.
• Mentor developers and share best practices knowledge.
• Develop and maintain software applications using React
• Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of the company's coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead\ Team Lead
• 6+ years of experience in front end development using React.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS and testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding with bundling tools such Webpack, Vite, etc.
• Experience with Redux/NgRx/MobX or other state management frameworks.
• Knowledge of user interface design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent English
