We are looking for a Group Engineering Manager, dealing with innovative SaaS products, data-driven development, and agile execution that will lead to our next big thing.

As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members and team leads on a daily basis. In addition, you will be leading technical projects and architecture discussions and decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross functional team of R&D that includes backend, frontend developers
• Collaborate closely with product and customer success to achieve the best product usability.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and quality.
• Improve development and working processes to achieve efficient and maximal results.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of management experience, strong technical background to lead the design and development within the team.
• 5+ years of development experience.
• Strong Experience in client side technologies specifically - Angular.js - A MUST
• Experience in backend development - Python, node.js - A MUST
• Well versed in software engineering principles and practices - Agile development, CI/CD
• Hands on experience in AWS cloud computing and services.
• B.Sc. in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
