Scope:

We are looking for a highly versatile Backend Team Lead / Embedded Software Team Lead who will lead the development of the framework of our system, including communication layers, drivers, data path and algorithm Implementation.

As a team leader you will lead, model, coach and care for a team of top talent engineers, to deliver high quality features. You will take a major part in architecting and designing our top notch software for the counter drone system. And you will foster a culture of inclusivity and disciplined software engineering practices to deliver critical OS components.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering team (3 SW Engineers or more)
• At least 5 years of hands on software development experience in C, C++, and/or Python
• Outstanding team player with strong communication skills
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering / relevant army course experience
• Deep understanding at Linux system-level programming and Linux operating system
• Highly experienced in SW methodology for design, testing, CI, tools, code review and overall SW quality.
• Hard worker, ability to work independently in complex environment, with high sense of urgency, ownership and eagerness to work on a diverse set of software challenges

Advantage:

• Experience in development of complex Real Time systems
• Experience in Python (beyond simple QA scripts)
• Working closely with FPGA teams
