What Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. You’ll play a pivotal role leading our AI Assistant Builders team by minimizing deployment time, creating good generalizations and abstractions for our AI assistants, developing new and supporting existing use cases while working closely with our clients.

The ideal candidate has

• Experience as a technical leader of a development team, with to ability to be involved in day-to-day development activities (code reviews, architecture review, bug fixes if needed)
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• Ability to drive technical excellence, pushing innovation and high quality
• Capacity to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and independent
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• Loves to mentor and grow others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (with proficient English)

Advantage

• Experience in building virtual assistants
• Experience with building a SaaS product
• Experience in building complex architecture
• Passionate about NLP and/or linguistics
• Experience in leading both backend and frontend engineers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in managerial positions
• 5+ years of hands on software engineering experience
• Experience in partnering with product managers and designers to shape the course of a product
• Familiarity with industry standard monitoring systems (eg. Splunk, DataDog, New Relic, ect.)
