About The Role

What You'll Do

• Lead a cross-functional R&D team by providing guidance, mentorship, and vision. Collaborate with team members to set clear goals, define technical strategies, and ensure successful project execution
• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Node.js/.NET/Vue.js to guide the team in developing cutting-edge solutions. Provide hands-on technical expertise and code reviews to ensure the highest quality of work
• Foster a collaborative and communicative environment, especially crucial in a remote setup. Effectively coordinate with remote team members, facilitating seamless information exchange and project alignment
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into the team's projects when relevant. Encourage innovative thinking and creative problem-solving within the team
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope, while maintaining high standards of quality

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of managerial experience
• Proven expertise in Node.js/.NET/Vue.js, demonstrated through the successful delivery of complex projects
• A track record of effectively leading and inspiring technical teams. Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to navigate challenges while maintaining a positive team atmosphere
• Proficiency in managing and collaborating with remote team members, utilizing tools to ensure effective communication and project management
• A drive to push boundaries, set ambitious goals, and lead the team to achieve them. A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment
• A genuine love for writing code and a desire to remain hands-on technically, while also guiding others
