We develop the Cisco Crosswork Hierarchical Controller software, a best-in-class solution for multilayer and multi-vendor Core Networks, the networks that form the backbone of the internet. Our customers include leading global communication providers such as Vodafone, Verizon, AT&T, and more.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the Application team, you'll collaborate with talented engineers from Israel, Slovakia, and the US to develop apps that provide our customers with a comprehensive view of their network. Our applications offer a detailed 3D map of their network infrastructure, enabling real-time problem detection down to a street-level scale. The apps provide extensive monitoring and performance information, empowering customers with the ability to optimize resource utilization, proactively avoid failures, and access retrospective analysis tools for continuous improvement.

• Mentor and guide fellow engineers to facilitate the growth of our engineering organization.
• Collaborate closely with different teams and stakeholders, such as product management, architecture, development, QA, and project managers, from the initial idea to delivering the final product.
  
  

Who You Are

You are a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead with a strong development background. Your expertise lies in Python, TypeScript, React, NodeJS, SCSS, and Go, with a keen focus on fast learning and pragmatic problem-solving.

• At least 6 years of experience as a software developer.
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous and multithreaded programming for efficient and responsive app development.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerized software (Kubernetes, Docker) for scalable solutions.
• Agile experience and strong testing skills, ensuring stable, reliable code.
• Deep understanding in Object-Oriented Programming, software design principles, and patterns, enabling you to architect elegant and maintainable solutions.
• Knowledge in Networking protocols such as MPLS, ISIS, OSPF, BGP is a huge plus.
