Unity is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our R&D team. We are in search of a detail-oriented professional who can lead the development and enhancement of our internal tools and platforms critical to departments across Unity.

About the Team:

The team is responsible for internal development across Unity. We are constantly building new platforms for use across all departments, from Finance to HR to BI, we build custom solutions and platforms for everyone.

Role:

• Work as part of a Full Stack agile team, working in high velocity, delivering great quality products and solutions.
• Constantly design, implement and innovate features, with cutting-edge technologies (AWS, Terraform, CI/CD).
• Be responsible for both backend and frontend design and implementation of major features and new services.
• Work closely with the product, architects, DevOps and automation teams.
• Innovate, Learn and Teach.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of server side development in Node.js.
• 3+ years of web development with a modern web framework React.js.
• Hands on experience with Webpack
• Experience with writing Unit Tests.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of web based products architecture and experience in building large scale products.
• Passion for both server-side and client-side development.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, coding standards, design patterns and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, we’re looking for a real team player.
• Be an independent self-learner, responsible and curious.
• Write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability.
• Git working knowledge.
• Fluent in English
